Design & Data launches ESA Ticketing System

Our new ticketing system simplifies the handling of requests.

To better manage queries with regards to the European Space Agency (ESA)’s video distribution, Design & Data have implemented a ticketing system.

Design & Data already manage the distribution of videos and content through ESA’s website. We also provide ESA support through backing up videos on its servers in Cologne.

We have now launched a ticketing system to systematically deal with requests such as finding the best quality items for your video production and checking on the conditions of use of material.

To create a new ticket, one can send an e-mail to We ask you to provide much detail as possible to assist your query. Each request is now assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track its progress and responses online. We also provide for your reference the complete archives and history of your support requests.

Once we have completed your request and closed the ticket, we ask for your feedback. We have created a rating system, which we hope will help us to improve the service.
